Scanning a Standard CAD Abutment

Prerequisite

Consider using the Advanced Settings before scanning an object.

Steps

  1. Install the Standard CAD abutment on the scanning table.
  2. Mounting an Object on the Scanning Table within the Scanning Range
  3. Set-up the scanner for Standard CAD abutment scanning.
  4. Scanning Engaging Locators
  5. Scanning Adjacent Teeth
    Note:

    Consider Improvement Options before continuing to the next step.

  6. Click Finish.

Result

A situation is created with the scan. The situation is sent to the NobelProcera Abutment module where the Standard CAD abutment can be designed.
