On the Prescription form card, click Edit case.

For a scan case, refer to Edit a scan case. For a TempShell case, refer to Edit a TempShell case.
Edit the case information. Then click Next.
Change the restorations on the tooth chart by removing planned restorations, redefining existing restorations, or adding new single or multi-unit restorations.
When all changes have been made, click Finish.
Notes
If you add restorations to a case that has already been scanned and designed, a rescan and a redesign is required. A message is displayed and the existing scan card is replaced by a new card to scan your model.
If you redefine restorations for a case that has already been scanned and designed, in some cases a redesign will be needed.
If you remove restorations from a case that has already been scanned and designed, you will only have to redesign.
If the case has already been ordered, the case can no longer be edited.
On the Scan setup card, click Edit.
Edit the case information.
Click Start scan.

If a scan case has been shared with the clinician, it can no longer be edited.
On the Prescription form card, click Edit case.
Edit the case information and click Next.
On the case setup tooth chart, the tooth design request can be removed and replanned:
To remove a tooth design request, point to the TempShell in the list and click . To remove all tooth design requests, click Remove all.
To add a restoration, select the missing tooth or a range of missing teeth. Then select the restoration type (TempShell) and the design parameters.
Notes
A TempShell in combination with another restoration type is not possible.
Multiple TempShells can be planned in the same jaw.
