On this first page of the Add case wizard, type the patient's name and/or the case ID. For a case with an existing patient, select the patient from the list.
Select the Due date from the calendar. Alternatively, enter the date directly in the appropriate fields.
Select or enter the name of the clinician and his or her ZIP code. Or, select a dental lab or clinic.
Note
To invite a new connection, select Invite connection in the Dental lab or clinic drop-down list.
Click Next (for a restoration case) or Start scan (for a scan case) to proceed to the next page. Click Cancel in the upper-right corner to discard the creation.
