Nobel Procera® Scanner Calibration

Scanner calibration must be performed in these instances:

At the very first use of the scanner.
Each time the scanner is moved.
Once a month, to insure optimal performance and accuracy.
After an upgrade of the NobelProcera® Scan software.

For optimal performance, it is recommended that you allow the scanner to remain on for at least 1 hour prior to calibration.

Note: If both the last calibration date and the last calibration check dates are more than 4 weeks old, the maintenance panel icon will blink to remind the user to check the calibration.

Object distortion in the scan view or object misalignment in the camera view can also be an indication that the scanner requires calibration.
