Requests

Through the cloud service, a DTX Studio™ Implant user may ask you to perform a scan, produce a template, or design and produce a TempShell provisional. Alternatively via DTX Studio™ Go a user may ask you to design and produce a restoration. These requests can be sent to you, provided that a connection was established in DTX Studio™ Implant and DTX Studio™ Lab first.

Note

If a request is not sent through the cloud service, the case can be imported.

On the left sidebar, click Requests folder icon to get a list of all requests that were sent to you through the cloud service. The request list is refreshed regularly (every 15 minutes). To refresh the list manually, click the refresh icon refresh icon. You need to be connected to the Internet to be able to receive requests.

A red dot on the Requests tab folder icon with red dot indicates there are requests that have not yet been processed.

A request with status Scan, Restoration, Template or TempShell has not yet been accepted and it appears in bold in the request list. To accept a request, select the request and on the request card click Start request. To reject a request, select the request and on the request card, click the ellipsis icon ellipsis and select Reject. Write a note to say why you rejected this request, and click Send. The rejected request is removed from the request list.

For a request with status Accepted, click View in case list to see the case that was created for the request in the Cases list.

The requests can be sorted and searched for.

Use the up and down arrows on the keyboard to select the next or the previous request.
