To sort the requests:
On the Requests list, click the down arrow .
Select one of the following:
Due date
Patient name
Connection name
Type.
By default, the cases are sorted by Due date.
Select Ascending to sort the list from A to Z, low to high, old to new. Descending sorts from Z to A, high to low, new to old.
To search for a request:
In the Find a request search box, enter (a part of) the patient name or clinician name to be searched for.
The list immediately displays only the items matching the entered characters.
To clear the search results, click .
