Connections

To receive requests from and share cases with a connection through the cloud service, establish a connection in DTX Studio™ Lab first:

Click Menu .

Click Connections. At the top of the list you will find the connections for which the partnership invitation is still pending. The rest are then sorted alphabetically.

Click Add Connection.

Enter the nine-digit identification number of the connection to connect with.

Note

The DTX Studio™ Implant user can find this identification number on the Manage Account details in the DTX Studio™ Implant menu.

Click Add Connection to confirm. An e-mail with an invitation is sent to this connection.

Click OK.

As soon as this connection accepts your invitation, the status of the connection changes from Invitation sent to Accepted. Then you can see the received requests from and share cases with this connection through the cloud service.

New connection requests sent to you have the status Requested. Click Accept to confirm the connection. The status changes to Accepted.

To end a connection, hover over the connection and click . Click End Connection to confirm. This connection is removed from the list of partners. You will no longer be able to receive requests from or share cases with that connection through the cloud service.

Notes

As long as there are requests pending for this connection, you will be unable to end the connection. An error message will be shown.

To find or to add a connection, click DTX Go to go to DTX Studio™ Go (go.dtxstudio.com) and log in with the username and password that were sent to you. If you cannot find your username and password, please contact local customer services for their support.
