To open this workspace, click 2D Tooth on the workspace bar. Alternatively, use SmartFocus in the intraoral workspace by pressing the space bar and clicking a tooth. Alternatively, press [F9]. In the 2D tooth workspace, you can inspect a tooth based on 2D images.

This workspace is only available if FMX data is added to the diagnosis.
If SmartFocus was used to generate the 2D tooth workspace, the Layout tab of the smart panel contains related images for this tooth.
The workspace shows by default up to the four most recent intraoral images available for the particular tooth number.
At first, the 2D tooth workspace is shown for the first tooth number of the tooth range of the last added 3D scan or intraoral image. If the workspace is reopened, the last shown tooth is selected.
The composition of the tooth workspace is saved per tooth per diagnose.
The workspace can be customized. To add an image to the workspace, click an image on the Layout tab of the smart panel. The image that was added gets a green border on the smart panel.
Click the image on the smart panel again to remove it from the workspace. You can add up to 12 viewers. To rearrange the layout of the workspace, drag one of the window splitters . That way you can change the proportion of the viewers. When the workspace is changed, the last position of the splitters for this workspace is saved on user level. Drag the splitter all the way to hide images. To reset the viewers, click the Reset Layout button
