Enabling the Scanning of Larger Undercut Areas

Prerequisite

This setting is only available for scanning full jaws.

For advanced users.

Steps

  1. In the Scan List, click next to the object for which you wish to enable the scanning of large undercut areas.
  2. From the Scan strategy selection list, select 35° mirrors.
    Note: Scanning will take more time as scanning surface is larger.

Result

Scanning is performed using the top and the 35 ° mirrors.
