Once you have scanned the requested scan or designed and calculated the requested TempShell, share the result with the connection who sent the request through the cloud service.
Click Share scan on the Scan result card or click Share on the Case design card or the Calculated TempShell card.
In the Send to field, the connection who requested the case is shown. If desired, add notes in the Feedback text field.
Notes
To export the result of a scan request, click Export and then click Browse to select the location where you want to store the scan result. Click Send to clinician to toggle back to send mode.
If the TempShell request was imported, the calculated TempShell can only be exported. Click Browse to select the location where you want to store the calculated TempShell.
Click Share. The case is sent to the connection and the connection will receive a notification e-mail. If you chose to export, the result of the case is exported to the selected location.
Notes
If no Internet connection is available, an error dialog is shown.
An adjusted dental scan for a TempShell case will also be shared with the clinician.
On the Activity tab of the details pane, the sharing history (when and with whom the case is shared) is displayed.
