Requesting a remake

If there was an issue with an order (a manufacturing defect), request to remake the items on the order.

From the Orders shopping cart icon list, select the order for which you want to request a remake. Click the ellipsis icon ellipsis in the upper-right corner.

Alternatively, on the Cases folder icon list, select the order for which you want to request a remake and click the ellipsis icon ellipsis on the bottom right of the Order receipt card.

Select the Request remake option.

The warranty disclaimer is shown. Click I confirm.

On the first page of the Request remake order wizard, select the item(s) for which to order a remake.

Select an option to indicate when you encountered the issue.

Select what kind of issue you encountered.

Select whether or not the patient was injured.

Note

Go back and forth in the wizard by clicking Back and Next.

On the last page of the Request remake order wizard you will find an overview of the item(s) being requested and the reason for this remake request.

To change the material or the shade of the remake item, click Change product material and select the new material and/or the new shade. When you select another material, you will have to redesign the case. Choosing another material or material shade will result in a new invoice.

Note

Depending on the remake reason, DTX Studio™ Lab determines which material replacements are allowed.

If everything is fine, click Finish.

On the treatment line, the Remake request card appears. At the bottom right you will find an ellipsis icon , through which you can delete the remake request.

The top action card will allow you to handle your remake.
