Check alignment
This wizard allows you to check the alignment of every scan with the dental model.
On the Tasks panel, click Check alignment 
.
Click Start.
On the left-hand side, you will find a list of all scanned objects (except for the jaw scan). Select the scan you want to see in the 3D viewer.
In the 3D viewer, the scanned restoration model (slightly transparent) and the selected scan in the scan object list (visualised in purple) are shown.
Click Manually initialize alignment to start the alignment wizard and align the selected scan with the restoration model by indicating corresponding points.
Click Realign all scans to realign all the scans.
Note
If the alignment needs to be adjusted, select Adjust segmented die alignment in Design module. The Scan alignment page will pop up in the design wizard of the design module where you can indicate the position of the dies.
Click Finish.
Note
If locators are being aligned in this wizard, you will have to indicate the locators again.
