Transfer functions
Various transfer functions can be applied to the volume-rendered model to visualize it in different ways.
Select a transfer function tile in the Scanned Patient group on the Patient visibility smart panel. The corresponding transfer function is applied to the patient model.
Alternatively, use the right-click pop-up menu:
Make sure the scanned patient model is selected. Hide the surgery model(s) if needed, in order to properly select the volume-rendered model.
Right-click the patient model and choose Visualization from the pop-up menu.
Now select one of the available transfer functions on the pop-up menu (Bone surface, Bone X-ray, Soft tissue, etc.) to visualize the volume-rendered model.
