To simulate the skin movement you first need to create a skin surface. To do so:
On the Home tab, click Create skin model
.
Check the skin threshold of the patient model and adjust if needed.
Click Next. The skin model is being created.
Check the created skin surface.
Trim the model, if necessary.
Optionally, add a 3D picture.
Click Finish.
The skin is added to the scene and to the Patient Visibility smart panel.
Tips
Change the skin model's transparency with the Transparency action.
Change the color of the skin or hide the 3D picture via the right-click options of the skin model in the 3D viewer of the surgery plan .
To edit the skin surface later:
On the Home tab, click
Edit skin .
The last page of the skin model wizard is displayed, with the options to trim the model, and to add or remove a 3D picture.
