Measure a Linear Distance

To measure the distance between two points, a ruler is provided.

Click Distance on the Diagnose tab. The cursor changes into a crosshair.

Click to indicate the first point on an object. A small gray sphere appears.

Click again on a second position. A second sphere appears and a yellow line connects the spheres. At both ends of the line there are arrows. The actual measured distance is shown in yellow text in the middle of the line.

Edit a linear measurement by dragging the clicked points to a different location. The measurement value is updated.
