Keyboard Shortcuts

In the help file keyboard shortcuts will appear whenever they are applied. To display the Property Panel for example, the keyboard shortcut will be displayed in the text as [Ctrl+P] or [Cmd+P]. By default, the keyboard shortcuts for Windows operating systems will be shown first, followed by the MAC operating system shortcuts, if they differ.

For keyboard shortcuts in which you press two or more keys simultaneously, the keys to press are separated by a plus sign (+).

When alternative keyboard shortcuts are available, the alternatives are separated by ‘or’.

Below you find an overview of the available keyboard shortcuts in DTX Studio™ Implant.

General Shortcuts

F11 or fn+F11	Show warning overview. Important On MAC systems F11 is a default desktop function. To make sure the warning overview is shown when pressing F11, disable this default desktop function. To do so, go to System preferences > Keyboard > Key combinations and clear the 'Desktop F11' shortcut key.
Tab key	When in interaction mode: switch to rotation mode. When in any other mode (rotation, translation, zoom, level/window): switch to interaction mode.

Order Module

3D Viewer Shortcuts

Shortcut Key(s)	Action
Arrow keys de lijken niet meer te functioneren. vervangen door cijfers? 4 6 8 2	Shortcut key(s) to rotate the model around the X- and Y-axis. Rotate around the Y-axis. Rotate around the X-axis. Every key press rotates the model with 1 degree. If one of the keys is pressed longer than one second the model is rotated continuously with a constant speed (e.g. 1 degree/second).
	These buttons are shortcuts to switch between the standard clinical views. The following table links a standard view with a button.
5	Frontal view
1	Left lateral view
3	Right lateral view

+	Zoom in. Holding down the button longer than 0.5 seconds keeps zooming in.

2D Viewer Shortcuts

Shortcut Key(s)	Action
	Moves the slice number with one slice up (Arrow Up) or down (Arrow Down).
Page Up or fn+up Page Down or fn+down	Moves the slice number with one page step up (Page Up) or down (Page Down). The page step size is internally defined.
+	Zoom in. Holding down the buttons longer than 0.5 seconds keeps zooming in.
-	Zoom out. Holding down the buttons longer than 0.5 seconds keeps zooming out.
Home or fn+ klopt dit?	Jumps to the first slice index. dit gebeurt niet wanneer er een implantaat oid geselecteerd is. hort dat zo?

DICOM Viewer Shortcuts

	Select the next or previous DICOM file.
Page Up or fn+up Page Down or fn+down	Jump up or down with a page step of 10 DICOM files.

Implant

Ctrl+X or Cmd+X	Cut the implant and position it at a new location.
Alt +	Increase the length of the implant.
Alt +	Decrease the length of the implant.
Alt +	Increase the width of the platform. If the maximum width is reached, the smallest width of the next platform in the list is chosen.
Alt +	Decrease the width of the platform. If the minimum width is reached, the largest width of the previous platform in the list is chosen.

Anchor Pin

Shortcut Key(s)	Action
H	Hide the object.
Ctrl+P or Cmd+P	Show the Property Panel for the object.
Ctrl+ or Cmd+	Place the anchor pin deeper.
Ctrl+ or Cmd+	Decrease the depth of the anchor pin.
Delete	Delete the object.

Axial, Parallel and Coronal Reslices

C	Enable or turn off clipping.
	Increase slice index by 1 slice.
	Decrease slice index by 1 slice.

Page Down or fn+	Decrease slice index by 10 slices at a time.
Home or fn+	Jump to the first slice index.
End or fn+	Jump to the last slice index.

Cross-Sectional Reslice

C	Enable or turn off clipping.
	In curve mode: increase slice index by 1 slice. In implant mode: increase rotation index by 1 step (1° per step).
	In curve mode: decrease slice index by 1 slice. In implant mode: decrease rotation index by 1 step (1° per step).
	In curve mode: decrease mesio-distal tilting.
	In curve mode: increase mesio-distal tilting.
Page Up or fn+	In curve mode: increase slice index by 10 slices.
Page Down or fn+	In curve mode: decrease slice index by 10 slices.
Home or fn+	In curve mode: jump to the first slice index.

H	Toggle to hide the guide or show it again.
