Keep the largest bony part

When fine-tuning the model using the  Patient Mask action, it is possible to only keep the largest 'bony' part of the model.

To do so, click Keep largest part . The smaller particles and parts with a density different from the bone density, will be removed. The largest bony part remains visible.
