Import a dental scan

When the dental scan file is available (in .nxa or .stl format), import it as an addition to the model.

To import the file:

1.     In the Planning module, click Dental Scan  in the Treatment Scan group on the Prosthetic tab.

2.     Click Import dental scan.

3.     Browse to the location where the dental scan file is stored and select the .nxa or .stl file. Click Open.

4.     The imported dental scan is now added to the tile overview and shown in the 3D Viewer in the right pane.

The next step in the process is to add the dental scan to the patient model.
