When the login password is lost, it is possible to reset it. Before logging in, make sure the computer is connected to the Internet.
1. Start NobelClinician®
by double-clicking the desktop icon

2. The NobelClinician Logon dialog pops up.
3. Click Forgot your password?
4. A dialog pops up to confirm the request for a new password.
5. Check whether the password will be reset for the correct user and access to the defined user mail address is allowed.
Note
If the e-mail address defined is not correct, please contact customer support.
6. Then click Yes to request a new password or No to cancel the action.
7. An e-mail will be sent to the address linked to the user, containing a new temporary password.
Note
When using the new password provided, you will be prompted to change and create a new password.
