Stop sharing a Communicator presentation

Stop the sharing of the Communicator presentation, when access to the file is no longer required.

Note

In a Practice setup only the team member who uploaded the Communicator presentation can stop sharing it.

1.     Select the Communicator presentation which was stored online.

2.     Click Stop Sharing in the Communicator group on the Communication toolbar.

3.     A warning message pops up.

4.     Click Stop Sharing.

5.     The selected Communicator presentation is no longer shared. This is indicated in the list with the Stop Sharing Communicator Presentation icon  .
