Stop sharing a viewer file

To stop the sharing of a viewer file:

1.     Select the viewer file which was stored online and sent by e-mail.

2.     Click Stop Sharing in the Viewer group on the Communication tab.

3.     A warning message pops up.

4.     Click Stop Sharing.

5.     The selected viewer file is removed from the server. This is indicated in the Communication Items list with the Stop Sharing Viewer icon .
