When patient details cannot be shared, create an anonymous report, viewer or Communicator presentation, to ensure the patient information is invisible. To do so:
1. Start creating a viewer file, a report, or a Communicator presentation.
2. On the Viewer details page, click Anonymize all patient information.
3. The patient information is invisible in the communication files.
