To start the software on Windows, double-click the DTX Studio™ Clinic desktop icon or select the corresponding option in the Start menu.
On Mac OS X, click the DTX Studio™ Clinic icon in the Finder application folder or in the Dock.

If the diagnose module is opened, DTX Studio™ Clinic cannot be started and an error dialog is shown. Close all instances of the diagnose module before opening DTX Studio™ Clinic.
In the Select your username drop-down list, select the user.
Notes
Select Log in automatically to enable the automatic login function. The next time DTX Studio™ Clinic is started, the login dialog will not be shown anymore on the computer used.
When no Internet connection is available, the most recently downloaded list of usernames will be shown.
Enter your password in the field preceded by a key .
Notes
If you forgot your password, click Forgot password to go to DTX Studio™ Go. Enter your username, select I'm not a robot and click Reset password. A link will be sent to your e-mail address where you can reset your password.
Users and passwords are administered in DTX Studio™ Go, an online platform that assists you in managing accounts, sites, connections and users in the practice. DTX Studio™ Go can be launched from within the notification area.
Click Log in.

The first time a user logs in to DTX Studio™ Clinic, a website containing the Instructions for Use documents in the different available languages is displayed.
If two-factor authentication was set up on DTX Studio™ Go, every 30 days you will also need to enter a six-digit verification code to log in.
Click in the lower-left corner or click outside the menu to close it.
To switch the user:
Click Menu .
Click Log out .
Note
If the diagnose module is open, an error message is displayed.
Select another user in the Select your username drop-down list and enter the password.
Click Log in.
There are different options to close the software:
Click Menu and click Close application.
Open the tray app, click and select Close application.
Click Close in the upper-right corner of the application window. When using this option, the tray app remains available.
Press [Alt+F4] or [Option+F4]. Also with this option, the tray app remains available.
Note
If the diagnose module is still open, the diagnose module icon is displayed in the taskbar at the bottom of the screen. Click the icon to go to the respective module and close it.
