Remove an Abutment
To remove the abutment, do one of the following:
Select the implant and click Remove Abutment 
on the dedicated Implant tab or on the Plan tab.
Right-click the implant and select Abutment > Remove from the shortcut menu.
To remove the abutment, do one of the following:
