Importing Dental Scans
To import a surface scan resulting from a dental cast or an intraoral scan:
In the diagnostic module, click 
to open the patient menu.
Click Data 
.
Select Import 
and then Dental scan.
Browse to the location of the surface scan you want to import:
Select the upper or lower jaw scan model by clicking Browse and selecting the dental scan model to import.
To add upper diagnostics, upper locator scans and other models, click Additional model and select the specific scan model.
Check the scan in the dental scan viewer.
If required, change the acquisition date.
Click Next.
Adjust the dental scan orientation if needed.
Click Finish.
