KaVo scanner calibration
To ensure accurate scan results, a calibration scan must be executed every 60 days. Make sure to calibrate the scanner before using it for the first time.
To calibrate the KaVo LS 3 scanner:
Click the DTX Studio™ Lab icon 
in the notification area.
On the Devices tab, hover over the name of the scanner and click Calibrate.
Enter the numbers that can be found on the calibration object and place the calibration object carefully on a holder in the scanner.
Click Calibrate.
The progress is shown.
Note
To stop the calibration, click Abort.
Click Close to close the calibration wizard.
Note
If the calibration failed, check your calibration object. Click Retry to restart the wizard. Click Cancel to discard the wizard.
