The calculation of the TempShell provisional will be based only on the shape of the designed restoration, not of its inside.
On the Finalize your design action card in the treatment line, click Start.
The dental scans of the treatment jaw are shown. Check whether the tooth arch curve is correctly placed. If necessary, move the spline or control points. To adjust the curve, drag and drop the white control points. To move the whole spline to another position, click inside the shape of the spline but not on a control point, and drag and drop the spline.
Ideally, the curve area completely covers the teeth. The end of the curve should not go beyond the end of the tooth arch.
For a TempShell placed on the last tooth, a four-tooth-long wing will be created on one side.
Click Next.
If desired, adjust the settings. If everything is fine, click Finish. Otherwise, click Back.
A high-resolution file is ordered. The calculation of the high-resolution file might take some time.
Note
Click on Preview to see the low-resolution design of the TempShell. Should you or the clinician not be satisfied with the outcome, click Delete on the Calculated TempShell card and redesign the TempShell.
